Bayside/South/Composite (combined) - 1 team - up to 17 players.
Logan - 2 teams - up to 17 players each team.
| LOGAN DISTRICT: District Trial. The district is invited to nominate TWO teams with a MAXIMUM 19 players for EACH Age group. BAYSIDE/COMPOSITE/SOUTH DISTRICT: Individual nomination. Each school is encouraged to nominate any eligible and suitably competent player to participate at the regional trial. Please note that there is no district trial process; students will be nominated directly to the regional trial convenor via the School Sports Co-ordinator. |

| Selection procedures | As per MESSB policy, one teacher from each district team may be nominated as a member of the Selection Panel. | Risk management | A Curriculum Activity Risk Assessment (CARA) has been completed for this activity. Students must provide and use their own mouthguard. This is a CARA requirement.

State Championships
| The QRSS 14-15yrs & 16-18yrs Boys Rugby League State Championship will be held in South Coast Region, 18 - 21 May 2024.
| The QRSS 13-14yrs Girls Rugby League State Championships will be held in Metropolitan East Region, 12-15 September 2024.
The QRSS 15-16yrs & 17-18yrs Girls Rugby League State Championships will be held in Townsville, 9 - 12 May 2024.
