Risk management | A Curriculum Activity Risk Assessment (CARA) has been completed for this activity. Students must provide and use their own mouthguard and shin pads. This is a CARA requirement. COVID-19 Safe Event: The Qld Government COVID Safe Event Checklist has been completed for this trial.
To comply with the COVID Safe Event Plan, spectators will be allowable with the following restrictions/conditions enforced:
- All spectators MUST adhere to social distancing
Players are encouraged to bring personal hand sanitiser, although sanitiser will be available if needed. Players must bring their own water bottles to reduce the use of the communal bubbler. Players must arrive in their playing gear, as change rooms will not be accessible. If a student or parent/carer is feeling unwell, they are NOT to attend the trial. Standard Met East Absent competitor procedures will be in place if a student still wished to be considered for selection but cannot attend the trial due to feeling unwell. This may be reviewed if COVID restrictions change before the date of the trial |
