| Catering | Students are encouraged to bring their own lunch - however a canteen will operate at the trial.

| Equipment | Each team to supply balls and bibs.

Trial
| Each team will play each other at least once. A possible vs probables game may be played at the completion of the round robin games.
Boys trial: There will be a skills session in the morning. Boys will then be separated into teams to play against each other until the team is selected. No possible vs probables game will be played.

Competition rules
| 10-12yrs Combined - 12 min halves with 2 min half time, 4 min between games. May change to no half time with rolling subs.
10-12yrs Boys - will be determined by the numbers participating from each district.
10-11yrs Combined - 12min halves with 2min half time, 4 min between games - may change to no half time with rolling subs.

Umpires/Referees
| Where possible, Association umpires officiate each game.

| Selection procedures | As per MESSB policy, one teacher from each district team may be nominated as a member of the Selection Panel. Selections are final and no further play-offs will be held. |
| First aid | Sports medicine personnel will be available for the duration of the trial. |
| Risk management | A Curriculum Activity Risk Assessment (CARA) has been completed for this activity.

| State Championships | The QRSS 10-12yrs Girls Netball State Championship will be held in South Coast Region, 17 - 20 June 2027.
The QRSS 10-12yrs Boys Netball State Championship will be held in South Coast Region, 17 - 20 June 2027.
The QRSS 10-11yrs Netball State Championship will be held in South Coast Region, 19 - 20 June 2027;

| Students wishing to attend this trial, need to complete a Nomination and Students Details form, which is available from the School Sports Co-Ordinator.
School sport co-ordinators will be advised by the Regional Convenor which students are able to attend the trial. Students must have prior experience and be
approved as suitable to attend the trial by their school.

| The format of the trial will be determined by the Regional convenor, depending on the number of nominations.
