Catering
| Students are asked to bring their own food as there will be no canteen
operating at the venue.
| Canteen will be open, however, it is recommended that individuals bring
a packed lunch.

Uniform Requirements
| Students will need to supply own personal playing equipment
(glove/bat/helmet etc.) Catchers must wear a protective cup (if appropriate), catcher's helmet, face mask, chest protector and leg guards.

Competition Rules and Procedures
| Students must have prior experience and be approved as suitable to
attend the trial by their school.
This is a Direct to Met East Nomination process. Therefore, students wishing to attend this trial, need to complete a Nomination and Students Details form, which is available from the School Sports Co-Ordinator.
School sport co-ordinators will be advised by the Regional Convenor which students are able to attend the trial.
As per MESSB Policy, one teacher from each district may be nominated as a member of the selection panel. Selections will be final and no further play-offs will be held.

| The QRSS 12-14yrs State Championship will be held at Metropolitan East Region, 9 - 12 September 2027.
| The QRSS 14-18yrs Baseball State Championship will be held in Metropolitan West Region 29 Oct - 1 Nov 2026.
| The QRSS 13-19yrs Girls Baseball State Championship will be held in Metropolitan East Region, 11 - 12 September 2027.
