EquipmentEach team is to provide their own kit and match ball.

RefereesAssociation referees will be used for each game. However, team officials or students may be called upon to assist in linesman duties when their own team is not playing.
TrialRound robin format. Each district to play each other at least once. Possible vs Probable’s game at the end of the days play if required (TBC at officials meeting)
Selection proceduresAs per MESSB Policy, one teacher from each district team may be nominated as a member of the Selection Panel.  Selections will be final and no further play-offs will be held.
Competition rulesGames to be adjudicated in accordance with FFA rules and regulations.
First aidSports medicine personnel will be available for the duration of the trial.
Risk management

A Curriculum Activity Risk Assessment (CARA) has been completed for this activity.

Alternate dateIn the event that this trial is postponed due to inclement weather, the trial will be held on TBA.  All other arrangements will remain the same.
State ChampionshipThe QRSS 10-12yrs Football State Championship will be held in Metropolitan West Region, 31 July - 3 August 2025.

Catering A canteen will be operating at the venue.
Equipment Each team to supply their own kit and match ball. It is a mandatory requirement that all players MUST wear shin pads.
ShadeTeams are encouraged to bring portable shade tents.Teams are encouraged to bring portable shade tents.

RefereesAssociation referees will be used for each game. However, team officials or students may be called upon to assist in linesman duties when their own team is not playing.
TrialTBA depending on district nominations. Skills session to begin the day. Where possible, round robin format, each district to play each other at least once. Possible/Probables game at the end of the days play if required.

Competition rules​Games to be adjudiated in accourdance with FFA rules and regulations. Game time: 20min halves, 5 min half time.

State championshipsThe QRSS 13-1​​6yrs Boys and 17-19yrs Boys Football State Championship will be held in Cairns, 1 - 4 May 2025.
The QRSS 13-15yrs and 16-19yrs Girls Football State Championship will be held at Musgrave, South Coast, 15 - 18 May 2025.
